"The Original Concrete Pier"
About Us. . .

We have been serving the area’s marine construction needs since 1992.
As a small company, we take a great deal of pride in the quality of our
work.  Just like many frustrated waterfront homeowners, we were
disheartened every time we saw our hard work washed on shore after
big storms and hurricanes.  In 1999, after Hurricane Floyd, we were
determined to find a solution to Eastern North Carolina’s storm damage.
We were able to find a concrete slab that would serve as the focus of
our project.  We then designed the structure of the dock in order to
properly support this sturdy concrete slab.  Once our design had been
engineered, assuring that we met or surpassed any and all building
codes, we put our product to the test.
Since 1999, we have built over 100 residential concrete docks and
numerous commercial projects, including Camps Seagull and Seafarer
and the Oriental Harbor.  In that time, we have not lost a single dock
with any northeaster or hurricane.
We have docks that see the brunt of every storm, in some of the
roughest waters of the Neuse River, adjoining creeks and the Bogue
Sound. We are proud that we can now offer our customers a top quality
dock, with the confidence that our repeat business will not come from
replacing our original work.
